Mews, an Amsterdam-founded hotel management platform, has secured $75 million in funding led by Tiger Global. The investment comes as the travel industry experiences growth, with analysts forecasting a 12% increase in arrivals this year. Despite uncertainty over tariffs and geopolitics, Mews has seen significant growth, with 6,300 hotels now using its platform, up from 5,000 a year ago. The company's revenue has also increased, crossing $200 million in 2024, with $10 billion worth of payments processed. Mews has expanded its services, including the acquisition of Atomize to enhance revenue management for its users. The platform offers a range of tools, including hotel availability and booking management, personnel and facilities management, and loyalty and guest experience apps. Mews' growth has been driven by its focus on the hospitality sector, with the number of hospitality brands using its tools doubling. The company has also seen significant growth in North America, where it has doubled revenues in the last year. With this new funding, Mews plans to continue expanding its services and growing its customer base, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in the hospitality sector.
